Sivaji - The Boss

The most awaited activity has got accomplished. Ahhh!!! A sigh of relief. Eagerly waited for the most hyped sensational movie Sivaji to hit the screens. But disappointed to hear that the tickets were booked weeks prior to its release. A plan to buy black tickets got morphed to booking advance tickets for the next day show in a D-class theater. Though missed the first 15mins, it haven't added much to my woe. Coz the movie is 3:15 meters ;) lengthy. Vaaji Vaaji is the ultimate song in the movie. A typical Rahman composition + Shankar direction + thota tarani set + unit effort = vaaji vaaji song. On the positive side stood sivaji(rajni), shriya, vivek, shanker, thota tarani & rahman. And on the negative side stood shanker, rahman, peter hein. Shanker, bcoz of lengthy plot and week climax. Rahman, for not so appealing background score and 2 remix like songs. Peter hein for lengthy fight plots. Overall the movie is "good" and won't disappoint you. Lets see whether it beats Chandramukhi records or not.
