Life on MMTS
My advice, if you visit hyderabad, then have a ride on MMTS. For sure, You can't enjoy it in sub-urbs like mumbai & calcutta.
I was so excited when i came to know that we were boarding MMTS train. Coz, this was the first time :). We (me & my colleagues) planned to attend Amal's marriage party. As the venue was in out-skirts of the city, we planned to reach there by MMTS train insted of driving ourselves in heavy evening traffic. And you say HEAVY TRAFFIC??? Yes, exactly, it's hyderabad dude. I took 30mins for us to reach MMTS station which was just 2kms from our office and it took just 20mins to reach the venue which was 19kms from the station. Was very much fascinated by its (MMTS train's) speed, interiors, passengers and ambience. Far away from huge buildings and heavy traffic it pierced the space like a jet. The most exciting part was return journey. We returned around 10pm and there were no other passengers in the cabins. We played, on boarded, took snaps, video clips and enjoyed a lot...
